Terms and conditions

Dribblebuster Information
All designs pictured on this website provide an overview of each product available. Due to the individual nature of each item, the colours and patterns may vary slightly as new fabric batches are introduced. However, Almarie Designs feels that this makes each item unique and special; no two designs are exactly the same. If there are any significant changes due to stock availability you will be contacted before the item is dispatched.

Packaging
Dribblebuster item is supplied wrapped in a poly bag package. Each order will be dispatched in the post in a protective envelope and should arrive in excellent condition.

Payment Information
Almarie Designs can accept payment via Paypal (including Credit and Debit Card). Once you have completed the Order Form, you will receive a payment request from Paypal. PayPal's service is free and you can utilize the service both if you are a registered user of the service or not registered.

We can also accept Cheques and Postal Orders if you do not wish to order via the Paypal / Credit/Debit Card process, but please note than items cannot be dispatched until Cheques have cleared. Please email us first at contact us so that we can confirm your order details.

Ordering Information
We aim to dispatch all orders within seven working days. However, if the item is of a bespoke nature or a particularly large order, please allow us extra time to get your order just right. If there are any anticipated delays, we will always contact you.

Prices
All items are priced in Great Britain Pound Sterling.

Returns
If your item(s) arrive in a damaged or faulty condition, please contacts us via email within seven days. Please contact us prior to returning faulty goods to let us know your concerns.

Refunds
We are confident that you will be delighted with our products. All items will leave us in pristine condition. However, if there are any problems of damage during dispatch, we will endeavour to replace the item after discussions with you and contact with Royal Mail.

Postage and Packaging Charges within the United Kingdom
Our P&P charges are Ł1.60.

Other Countries
If you wish to place an order from outside of the UK, this is now possible but you must email Dribblebuster first on contact us

Your Details
We only use your details to dispatch your Dribblebusters. We do not keep your details on any record or pass any information to other parties. All details are regarded as confidential between you, the customer and Almarie Designs.

Disclaimer
All stated delivery dates are estimates only and Almarie Designs will not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or other expenses incurred by you directly or indirectly due to any failure to meet any delivery date. Almarie Designs shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or injuries incurred by you or any third party directly or indirectly due to any of the products supplied.
